Spessartine Garnets on and in Smoky Quartz on Matrix from China

Great little piece featuring smoky quartz points on matrix scattered with red to orange spessartine garnets, some of which are inside the quartz crystals. It is from Wushan Mine, Tongbei, Fujian, China.

It measures approximately 41 x 34 x 24mm and weighs 26.4 grams. Please see photos for details.
