Large Gemmy Axinite with Fine Quartz Points Mineral Specimen China

This spectacular piece features terminated fine crystal quartz points, many of which are double terminated, on a bed of gemmy reddish brown axinite crystals with some minor epidote. The specimen is from Guangxi, China. The pictures were taken outdoor in both direct sun and shade. Please look through the pictures for further details.

It measures approximately 7.5" x 4.75" x 2.25" and weighs just under 2.9 lbs.
